1. Who We Are

DareToReveal.com ("we", "us", "our") operates this adult entertainment platform. By using this site you acknowledge you have read this policy and agree to its terms. This site is strictly for adults aged 18 or older.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data — email address, hashed password, registration date.
  • Usage data — number of game sessions played, cards drawn, heat level preferences, session duration.
  • Payment data — billing transactions are processed by Stripe (web), Google Play Billing (Android), and Apple's App Store (iOS, when available). We store only transaction IDs and credit balances; we never store card numbers or full payment details.
  • Technical data — IP address (used for approximate country/region analytics only, via ip-api.com), browser type, device type, and a device identifier used to sync offline game sessions on the mobile app.
  • Referral data — referral codes issued and redeemed.
  • AI-generated content ("Ask Rev") — when you request a custom card, we send structured game settings (heat level, card type) to our AI provider to generate it. We do not send your name, account details, or any free-text personal input as part of this request — only structured parameters. The resulting card is stored against your account so it can be included in your future games.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To operate your account and deliver the service.
  • To process credit purchases and track your balance.
  • To calculate and pay referral credits.
  • To improve the platform through anonymised aggregate analytics.
  • To send transactional emails (password reset, purchase receipts) — we do not send marketing email without your explicit consent.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe — payment processing for web purchases. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Play Billing — in-app purchase processing for the Android app. Purchase tokens are verified server-side via the Google Play Developer API. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • ip-api.com — approximate geolocation from IP for regional analytics only. No personal data is shared.
  • Google Fonts — font delivery via Google's CDN. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (password resets, purchase receipts). Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic — powers "Ask Rev" custom card generation. As noted above, we only send structured game settings (heat level, card type), never free-text personal input. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes, retained for 7 years).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Data portability.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session cookie) and anti-forgery tokens. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your preference settings are stored in your browser's localStorage.

8. Age Requirement

This service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). If we become aware that a user is under the required age, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their data.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and JWT-based authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
