  • Credits are virtual currency with no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Credits purchased are consumed when used to unlock content packs.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased credits or unlocked packs, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
  • Credits earned via referrals are subject to our referral programme rules, which we may amend at any time.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit prices at any time. Existing balances are unaffected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the Service.
  • Use automated tools to create accounts, claim referral credits, or otherwise abuse the platform.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DareToReveal.com — including card text, images, logos, and UI elements — is the property of DareToReveal.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Generated content ("Ask Rev" / GM draws). Some cards are generated at your request by our AI system ("Rev"), based on the heat level, card type, and other structured settings you select. All such generated content — including cards saved to your "Private Stock" — is and remains the property of DareToReveal.com. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use generated content within the Service. DareToReveal.com may use, edit, publish, adapt, and redistribute any generated card, including adding it to content packages made available to other users, without compensation or attribution to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from playing the game with third parties, including any physical, emotional, or social consequences.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DareToReveal.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
